Refunds are available only within 6 hours of successful payment, provided no work has been started on the project or service.

Requests for refunds must be sent to our official email: contact@sitebride.in with payment details and reason for cancellation.

After 6 hours or once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

All payments are securely processed via trusted gateways such as Razorpay or Cashfree. SiteBride does not store any payment information.
